When traditional talk therapy isn’t enough to clear the armor you are carrying.

You cannot out-intellectualize your burnout. If you are a high-achiever or a cycle-breaker, chances are you already have incredible insight. You understand your triggers. You know why you feel the way you do. You might have even spent years in traditional talk therapy.

But despite all that cognitive understanding, your nervous system is still exhausted. The heavy armor is still there. You are doing all the "right" things, but you feel profoundly stuck.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is for when you have hit a plateau. It is a breakthrough, body-centered approach designed to help you access deep healing at the root, bypassing the analytical mind that has been working so hard to protect you.

The Science of the Exhale: How KAP Works

Chronic stress, systemic burnout, and trauma literally change the physical pathways in your brain. They lock you into a rigid state of hyper-vigilance or complete shut-down.

Ketamine is a legal, safe, and highly effective medicine that acts as a profound disruptor to these rigid loops.

  • It quiets the "Default Mode Network": This is the part of your brain responsible for your inner critic, your rumination, and your ego's defenses. When this quiets down, you can finally look at your pain without being overwhelmed by it.

  • It creates "Neuroplasticity": Ketamine promotes the growth of new neural connections. It acts like fresh snow on a heavily rutted ski slope, allowing your brain to carve new, healthier pathways.

But the medicine is only half the work. The true healing happens in the psychotherapy container we build together before, during, and after the medicine is administered.

How Does Ketamine Feel?

The effects of ketamine, which most patients find pleasant, last for approximately 45 minutes. These effects can make you feel “far from” your body, and facilitate shifts in perception that can often feel expansive in nature. Your motor and verbal abilities will be reduced, so you’ll be lying down in a comfortable position during the experience. Once these effects subsided, we’ll spend the remainder of our appointment giving you space to process and discuss your experience. While it may feel hard to articulate what happened during the experience, patients feel like the insights gained are none-the-less clear. Studies have shown that the benefits to mood and neurological growth can last up to two weeks after the Ketamine experience.

Your Transparent Investment
